AIPO is a 1350+ acre rail served industrial park located west of and adjacent to Orlando International Airport. EED has been the projects
Civil Engineer since its inception and continues to provide design, permitting and construction phase services for the developer.
EED has provided design, permitting and construction phase services for approximately 3.2 miles of arterial roads,
3.1 miles of industrial roads and utilities, 2.0 miles of industrial rail including spurs, master stormwater permitting, dredge
and fill permitting (local, state and federal) for removal and mitigation for jurisdictional wetland impacts and eleven individual
sites for tenants of the project.
