This project included civil engineering and construction administration
for the development of a 80,000 sf Sanctuary, a 12,000 sf childrens Sunday school building, and a 10,000 sf ministry building. EED was responsible for the project management, site master planning, design, and
permitting for this project. The City of Longwood required a community meeting for presentation of
the site plan to neighboring residences and businesses, which EED helped facilitate.
The purpose of this meeting was to introduce the proposed masterplan, as well as discuss visual aesthetics and noise
levels, construction means and methods, and construction duration. Permitting
included the St. John’s River Water Management District (SJRWMD), Seminole
County, City of Longwood,
and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP).
