This project involved the complete renovation of the existing Wekiva Square Shopping Center. The renovation included the demolition and reconstruction of the existing
parking lot and the partial demolition of portions of the existing buildings. EED's work included the preparation of construction
documents for the redesigned parking lot, new building utilities and obtaining all approvals for this work from the City of
Altamonte Springs, Saint Johns Water Management District and
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
