Who We Are

EED has been exceeding our Client’s expectations since 1985. EED offers Land Planning, Civil Engineering Design and Environmental Permitting Services in areas of Aviation, Institutional, Municipal, Hospitality, Commercial, Retail, and Residential.

Our Mission

To deliver high quality design and service to our Clients. To provide services that incorporates Best Management Practices (BMP’s) with the intent to improve our community, and protect the environment and natures habitats for future generations to come.

What We Do

When considering Land Development, it is important to have a clear understanding of how the future community should be designed to co-exist with the environment and the species native to the area. In addition, development today strives to create appealing “Town Centers” consisting of non-obtrusive, community-friendly neighborhoods, with commercial development designed to blend with local neighborhoods. Industrial and commercial centers are required to meet stringent criteria to ensure that noise and light pollution do not affect surrounding residential neighborhoods and our ecological system. Commercial, Industrial, Municipal, Residential, and Institutional Land Development projects require that the Civil Engineer design to meet stringent criteria for pollution abatement, open space, and ecological and wildlife preservation. EED has the experience in design and permitting of a wide variety of Land Development projects that meet these criteria – proving our firm to be at the leading edge of state-of-the-art technology and innovative design that meets our Client’s needs for a successful project. EED understands environmental regulations, permitting processes, and jurisdictional agency requirements that may bring significant cost impacts to Land Development projects.
